STUDENT FORMS

For liability reasons we have a student waiver, and for health and safety reasons we have the Student registration form. Building rules are here so you can become familiar with them.

Student Waiver.pdf - Fill this out and keep the membership card at the bottom. There are hard copies of this at the BCC.

Student Registration Form.pdf - Fill two of these out so that your teacher can keep one copy and the BCC keeps the other. Once again there are hard copies of this at the BCC and there they are carbonless copies so they are easier to fill out.

Building Rules.pdf - Something you as a student should be entirely familiar with, especially the shoe part, this is strictly enforced during the rainy/snowy winter.
